The ZORKA series, ranging from 1,000 to 10,000W, delivers high-quality cutting across a wide range of materials — metals with mirror-smooth edge quality, and non-metals such as die board, wood, ceramics, glass, plastic, and more.
The ZORKA 2000 is Alkras's flagship industrial laser source, delivering up to 2,000W of continuous output power in proprietary "A" mode. It is built on a patented integral optical resonator with combination-plasma excitation, a fundamental design difference from conventional CO₂ and fiber lasers that produces measurably superior cutting results across every material class. Alkras is the only manufacturer in Russia building lasers at this level of power and quality.
It handles work fiber lasers can't: it processes a wide range of materials while holding stable cut quality and full power across the entire service life of the system, without costly maintenance.

The ZORKA 2000 produces three distinct beam modes selectable by configuration. Each mode delivers a different intensity profile and beam diameter, allowing the system to be tuned for precision cutting, high-power throughput, or maximum efficiency depending on the material and application.

The highest beam quality mode. A single, tightly focused Gaussian spot with M² < 1.2 and 15mm output diameter. Optimal for precision cutting, thin materials, and applications where minimum kerf width and edge quality are the priority.

A donut-shaped intensity ring with M² < 1.8 and 18mm output diameter. Higher power than TEM₀₀ with distributed energy across the beam perimeter, preferred for thicker metals and applications where heat distribution across the cut zone improves edge quality.

Full 2,000W output with M² < 2.5 and 20mm beam diameter. Used for maximum-throughput cutting of thick steel and aluminum, and for applications where raw power density is the determining factor in cut quality and speed.
Physical output across the three primary industrial materials at ZORKA 2000 output power.

Clean kerf, minimal heat-affected zone. 10–20% faster than fiber lasers at thicknesses above 1mm.

Mirror-smooth surface finish. Half the nitrogen assist gas consumption of comparable fiber laser setups.

High-quality edge on aluminum and dural alloys.
